Die Lage der Wohnung (Blick über das Tal), die Aufteilung und Größe der Räume sowie die tolle und sehr (!) umfangsreiche Ausstattung: Kücheneinrichtung, Geschirr, Geräte / Handtücher in allen Varianten / Spiele / Bücher / TV / Radio / mehrere Möglichkeiten zum Essen (drinnen wie draußen!!!); ebenso wie die Möglichkeit, den Garten zu nutzen. Zentrale Lage für unzählige Unternehmungen (egal ob zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln - alles gut zu erreichen). Touri-Info, Spielplatz, Bäcker, Fleischer - alles fußläufig erreichbar - max. 15'. Ebenso Gaststätte mit toller Kücke und freundlichem, aufmerksamen Personal. Dazu noch umfassendes Info-Material in der Wohnung, so dass man auch ohne Vorplanung je nach Wetterlage etwas findet.
