Es war hier unser 3. Aufenthalt (2019 zur Immatrikulationsfeier unseres Sohnes; 2020 Radfahr-Urlaub; 2024 Verwandtschaftsbesuch zu Ostern); die Lage ist für uns ideal, weil alles zentral erreichbar ist, auch unser Sohn wohnt inzwischen nur 150 m entfernt. Und wir kennen bei Bedarf auch den Dauerparkplatz in der Ernst-Tollerstr 800 m entfernt Da wir eine weite Anreise haben, ist die Schlüsselübernahme auch spät am Abend mit Schlüsselsafe für uns genial. Seit dem letzten Mal gibt es eine neue Kaffeemaschine,neuen Wasserkocher, Toaster und auch das Spülbecken ist neu. Inzwischen hat die Badewanne einen Duschvorhang und auch W-Lan gibt es in der Wohnung. Toll auch das elektrisch verstellbare Bett. Die Lage im Hinterhof stört uns nicht. Es ist hier immer ruhig.
