The peaceful sunny, location. The cosy decoration and extra touches from the host; free coffee and cookies, even a beer! The visiting squirrels and great walking trails directly from the door. Will definitely be back!

Getränke, Obst und Knabbereien sowie Kaffee und Tee standen zur freien Verfügung. Außerdem bekamen wir viele Informationen und unsere Hündin war auch herzlich willkommen und wurde gut versorgt einschließlich mit Leckerlis.

This apartment has an open studio-design without separate bedrooms. It is recommended for solo-traveler, couples and families with young children. Pets stay free! BLACKFOREST RED CARD + ALL TAXES INCLUDED IN PRICE. Free travel on all public transport for all guests. Smart TV. Time for Netflix (& co.) & chill! Massage in-house & local day spa with pool, sauna, InfraRed possible. Chalet feeling in a sunny, peaceful, apt. on the edge of the forest in a beautiful village with very little traffic & great hiking, bike, sledding & cross country ski trails. Skiing / sledding in the village recommended for children and beginners. Very close to Feldberg, Wutachschlucht, Titisee, Schluchsee. Cellar for skis, bikes & even wine! Personal touches & surprises make the difference. High quality furnishings & equipment to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is well equipped incl. for fondue & raclette. Nespresso machine. Free coffee, tea, sugar & milk, plus a welcome drink, fruit, cookies & other treats. Shopping service for your arrival can be arranged. Child friendly, pet friendly. Smoking permitted on the balcony
Born in Great Britain, I have lived and worked in the United States, Caribbean, Mediterranean, Australia, Austria, France and live now in the Black Forest for 9 years. A passionate and very experienced traveler, former private chef, graduate of hotel and restaurant school. Hospitality & providing great guest experience and satisfaction, are second nature to me. I have cooked on the private yachts and in diverse homes of some of the richest and most famous people in the world which means: my standards are very high. Whatever the space, I make everything possible out of it and there are many improvements planned for 2022. I currently run the spa and massage services in Hotel Ochsen in Saig and can arrange private treatments for you as well as organising access to a hotel day spa with indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, steamroom, jacuzzi and more...just minutes from the property. In the very near future I will be offering more and more services with shopping / catering services and a second apartment directly next-door on it's way, watch this space! I speak English, German and French fluently.
Feldberg, Titisee, Schluchsee, Wutachschlucht, Freiburg, Ravennaschlucht and Hinterzarten are top local landmarks. Saig is ideally located for hiking, biking and cross country skiing straight from the door, with wide open country panoramas. The very popular Badeparadies is only 10 minutes away and with its indoor waterslides, pools, palm oasis, and saunas it is a great year round attraction for wellness and fun. For downhill skiing Feldberg ( visible from Saig ) is only a 15 minute drive, with lots of parking on site.
