A forced stay here as flight diverted to Frankfurt due to closure of Munich airport. Staff did their best to assist many passengers seeking rooms. Fortunately I had booked before arriving in the lengthy queue. Others were turned away as hotel was full. Not hotels fault but we’d missed room service and went to bed hungry! However, room was comfortable.
