No tea or coffee or kettle in room which is the fist time...
No tea or coffee or kettle in room which is the fist time going to hotel that it’s has happened, bed was not changed and we were there for 6days, only think that was done bin emptied a couple of times and clean towels a couple of time, floor not hoovered at all and reception didn’t speak you after you booked in. Certainly will not be staying again. We are both vey disappointed

Not the biggest German city, but with a nice shopping heart in the heart of town with some nice places to grab a bite Hamm is pleasant and quiet to stay. Just a 20 minute train ride to tourist infested Münster, so easy to stay in a quiet place and than dive into the busy cities in the Ruhrgebiet such as Münster or Dortmund.PH OutNetherlands

It's run by an old couple who do a fine job at hospitality, sometimes even going out of their way to make the guests comfortable. It was the perfect overnight stop. The bathrooms were super clean and the space was very well used. Word of caution - Some of the rooms are smoking rooms so if that's a thing you do or do not want, then that's something you should pay attention to while booking.

The staff were very pleasant and spoke English. We were pointed towards a very nice restaurant as the hotel dies not provide evening meals. Parking at the hotel was easy. We will use the hotel again.

Big estate with nature surroundings, plenty of birds to watch and a nice lake on the premises. The staff was sooo nice it made me feel like I was the only one in the hotel. :) The B-fast was divers, a bit from everything.
