Excellent hosting family, nice food in their restaurant and fine wine. we stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the drinks on the terras. Rooms are tastefull renovated and the rooms at the road side were quiet, despite the traffic during the day. There is a boat (cruise) service on the river opposite the hotel. Details can be found on the Internet. The train station connects easy with Koblenz or Cochem (both about 30 minutes). The A61 is about 20 km awayJohnNetherlands

Unfortunately this means you get the traffic noise from the road in front but it's not too noisy. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh bread rolls, a plate of cold meat and cheese and a freshly cooked boiled egg. They also provided fresh coffee and a glass of juice. Staff was really nice and took really good care of us. There's restaurant in the accomodation and the food was absolute great and portions are really big! The hotel is clean and modern. Rooms are pretty big and there's nice view of the river Mosel on the some rooms. There's only few rooms so book your room early. Very highly recommended!

This could be a bit more difficult in the season perhaps. The welcome was warm, the food excellent and the terrace perfect for dining. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed.
