The town was pretty and picturesque.
The town was pretty and picturesque. The castle was what most folks think of as a castle; very pleasing on the eye. The half-timbered houses in the old town and within the castle "door" were very nice. The restaurants available nearby were fairly pricy. If you go, check out the restaurant at the local golf club. The food quality and choice was excellent and reasonably priced, but you need a car to get to it.

We did not get the breakfast but we took a look. They provide hot breakfast which served bacon and other food. Looked good! Room was spacious & clean and beds were comfy. Hotel has its own parking but we parking all the way next to the castle entrance which is 3-4 minutes walk.
