Beautiful classic & historical German timbered hotel. Fantastic location in the center of the Altstadt, perfect for stepping right out into the Christmas Market. Friendly staff, very comfortable bed & pillows, good bathroom lighting, quiet and clean. Comfortably warm room during a December stay. Excellent breakfast spread with coffee made per order. We loved our stay in Schwäbisch Hall.

I loved the location of this hotel…right on the main square. We had a lovely view of St Michael’s church and the Christmas market. This hotel is located in a very old beautiful building. All the rooms are different sizes and some have quirky feature like floors that slant a tiny bit. We loved everything about this place. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. We liked the staff very much and got to meet sweet little Ivon, the hotel pug.

We were a 3 generation family, of 11 people. But we always have a table for all of us, at breakfast, lunch and dinner. So we have had a very good time together, Meals are fine. Rooms excellents (mine faced the City Cathedral !) We are proud to stay in a mansion with its 6 centuries of histories.
