“The staff was very friendly. Room was super clean, welcoming and cozy. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Facilities were clean and modern. The drinks that were provided in the room were much appreciated after the journey”

“Hotel Hanseat is a lovely location, walking distance to the old town and the port, but in a quiet residential area that was was peaceful and made parking the car easy. Also, the bed was so comfortable! Fast wifi too. Great path along water into town. Stralsund was much prettier than expected.”

“The helpful and friendly staff made our stay here very pleasant. The room was large, clean and comfortable. I'd say it had been recently refurbished and was at the back of the building so very quiet. Although a short walk from the old town, the hotel is in a nice area and you can walk along the waterfront to get to the centre. There's parking on site, but we parked in a nearby street with no problems at all.”

“Location: outside city center, but a relatively short and pleasant 15-minute walk and not demanding. Room: Airy 3rd floor roof junior suite; just have to watch the left side of bed as not to smack attic ceiling. Good mattress and bathroom. Venue: For my taste, a little too modern for the exterior of the building, but well done. No real lounge or lobby for relaxing, no bar. Breakfast: In the time of the virus, so many adjustments have to be made. The breakfast was of a good German standard, nothing extraordinary, good selection, very pleasant staff. Staff - lovely multi-lingual personnel, very attentive and helpful.”
