Das Haus besteht aus +11 Zimmern, welche von 6 weiteren permanenten Mitbewohnern bewohnt wird. Der Gästebereich umfasst ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einen Wohnflur mit TV und gemütlicher Sitzecke zum Arbeiten, sowie einem gehoben ausgestatteten Privatbad. Des Weiteren können die Gemeinschaftsbereiche unserer Wohngemeinschaft vollumfänglich mitgenutzt werden (voll ausgestattete Küche, Esszimmer, Terasse, Garten, Pool, Waschküche, uvm.). Wir bieten unseren Gästen einen angenehmen Mix aus absoluter Ruhe und Entspannung im privaten Gästebereich und einem geselligen Zusammenleben inmitten unserer Gemeinschaft. Lassen Sie Sich von unserem Wohnkonzept überzeugen und genießen Sie auf Ihren Reisen die ländliche Ruhe mit unmittelbarem Zugang zur unberührten Natur und die Vorteile der urbanen Infrastruktur des Stadtgebiets Landshut.
