Very friendly host and casual welcoming with a short info about the house itself and the city. Room is spacious and comfortable with a view to the green garden. There is also a opportunity to have a room facing the lake. Location is perfect and parking is not a problem.

Friendly staff and very flexible. The table setting for breakfast is very quaint and delicate. Free parking space and the view from the room was fantastic with the lake! Great location, and not very far from the city center. Walking from the hotel to the center is such a treat as you walk along the path by the lake.

The lady who owns the hotel was really nice. We had breakfast there on Easter Sunday and she had bought a chocolate Easter bunny for each of the hotel guests. It's not very far from the city centre. In Summer there is a small boat service on the Pfaffenteich lake where the hotel is located, but it was not yet available when we were there.

Big room, with comfortable bed, warm shower, steady wifi, decent breakfast and friendly staff. All in walking distance from top sites and the main train station. All of that for a very competitive price. I would definitely stay there again.

Located directly on the pier, overlooking the scenic Lake Pfaffenteich, this family-run hotel offers free internet access and regional cuisine. It is just a 5-minute drive to Schwerin city center.

The Haus am Pfaffenteich offers simply furnished rooms with cable TV, a radio, mini-bar and telephone and a view of either the courtyard or Pffafenteich Lake. Some rooms also feature a balcony.

A breakfast buffet is served every morning at the Pfaffenteich, which guests can enjoy in the hotel’s breakfast room.

The Pfaffenteich offers good connections to Schwerin’s tourist attractions. Schwerin Castle, the Zoo, TV Tower and several theaters are all within a 15-minute drive. The peaceful Schwerin Lake is about one mile away.

The local ferry service, known as the Petermännchenfähre, reaches Schwerin Central Train Station in 10 minutes. Free parking is also available at the Pfaffenteich Hotel.
