This comfortable holiday home is located in the quiet suburb of Auerbach, on the countryside. Everything is neatly organised. Each floor has a separate holiday apartment, which has 3 living rooms (refer the sketch). Each kitchen unit is integrated with two hobs. First floor has an oven. The basement has 4 bathrooms with washrooms. This house is ideal for 2 to 3 families. Enjoy swimming in the outdoor pool, on the neighbouring plot of the owner. The steep stairs have protected gates. Table tennis table is available. The conservatory (1 floor) has a fireplace for heating.
