Location was great. We loved that we got the public transport ticket for free from the Hotel for the whole duration of our stay. We have used it to get places that we might have not visited if we hadn't have it.

GermanyOur room was at 8th floor and the view from our window was beautiful, we could see all the main tower bells of Hamburg. At the same floor there is a huge terrace with an amazing view on the lake (but it was forbidden due to Coronavirus crisis). The bathroom was big and clean, with a huge shower.
ItalyLocation is excellent - beside the train station, essentially in the centre and with some nice restaurants and coffee places is the immediate vicinity - the free rail pass also is very handy
