All the staff were kind, helpful and spoke English. Was across the street from Central Station and within walking distance of most sites. They offer transportation ticket for free which is super helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. My room was a good size and the shower was hot each time! Pleased the COVID restrictions were taken seriously!

Nice room, excellent shower, okay bed. Too soft for me but some people prefer that. Very close to the train station. Pass for the local transit system included with every stay. (Unlimited rides every day from check-in to check-out, this is a really good value perk.)
