It was clean, had many comforts, staff were so helpful and lovely too. Very nice place to stay.
United KingdomWell, where to start. This is a great example, how thing are, if someone does his/her job with love and devotion. I was handled by the owner (Carmen), the hostel has everything which is needed for travellers (I was on a bicycle trip along the Rhein-river) - common areas (kitchen, living room), storage for the bike, etc... Also coffee and cereals+milk are for free, which comes in handy during the morning. The reception/owner was very helpful, giving advices + recommendations. Also the locality is very good - literally next to the path to the Heidelberg Castle in the city center. If I will ever come to Heidelberg again, then I will stay here :-)
SlovakiaOne of the best hostels I have been to. Central location, clean rooms and common spaces, very very nice and lovely staff. I also loved the possibility of breakfast being offered and space to do your cooking. Really worth every single penny! 😄

GermanyI had a great time here, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful and always very happy. The hostel was incredibly clean and the decoration was pretty nice too. It's not fancy but definitely makes you feel welcomed and at home. The location is absolutely perfect, within minutes of walk to the old town and right below the castle and next to the bus stops and the castle funicular (which by the way includes the entrance fee to the castle). Definitely the perfect place to stay. Also, free coffee and breakfast, so you can start your day right!!

Perfect position: literally 30 seconds from the funicular to go up to the castle and from the bus to go to the train station. 2 min on foot from the longest pedestrian street, 5 Min from the bridge and everything else very close as well. Lovely owner and attention to details. Spacious rooms and always clean bathrooms!
