Luxury. Centrally Located. Design. Loft-Feeling Extraordinary and exclusive furnished 2-room apartment in a former beauty location. Brand new designed 2022 by an interior designer. Open sunny living room with kitchen ( fridge, dish washer, glass-ceramic cook-top, oven, microwave ) and separate comfy dining place with high chairs. The bedroom has a king size bed and a large sideboard with lots of space, wall hanging rack, wash basin and mirror. There is parquet flooring in the bedroom, living - dining area and bathroom have a modern Matrix-floor, allover with floor heating. The bathroom have premium equipment including a modern glass shower. Own washdryer is available in the kitchen area. The historical building has interior ceiling heights up to 340 cm. The access to the apartment is from the street level and independent, only 2 steps up. Parking on the street is according to Munich park management only possible with park tickets from the machine close by. No spot guaranteed ! Price for park tickets variable and not included in the rental price. Extra charge ! House rules: Please be quiet from 10 pm to 7 am ! No parties allowed !
I very much enjoy to travel and think it's great for guests from all over the world to find beautiful apartments in a beautiful city. You can make many international contacts, which I find very pleasant. I'm looking forward to your inquiry!
Shopping facilities (bakeries, supermarket, pharmacy) as well as public transport close by. Many different restaurants and cafes are in the area and well known for their quality. A public book box is very close to take and bring used books for free.
