The location is perfect as it's only 2 minutes walk from the Essen Hbf. The staffs are really friendly and hospitable, apt to help and answer guests' questions. The room's spacious, stylish, neat and clean. The room's cleaned and the towels are changed everyday. The door and windows are well sound-proof, so no noise pollution during our stay. The lounge on the ground floor is cozy, with free mint drinks. We really enjoyed our stay and relaxed quite well here.

The rooms were perfectly adequate as a sole traveller. The bar and table space to play games whilst visiting Essen Spiel 2022 were atmospheric and the staff could not do enough to help us. Every member of your team was friendly and helpful. Free tea and coffee in the bar and quick wi-fi meant that my friends who stayed at another hotel preferred to hang out at the Moxy with me!
