Munico is a modern building in a quiet area of Obergiesing, a popular residential district in the south of Munich. The design of the apartments is true to the location and style of the building. On the ground floor, you have a beautiful common space that can become your office for the day. The location is great for its proximity to the city centre, and quick access via public transport and convenient connection to nature and parks. We're fully digital, so there's no reception or staff onsite. Instead, guests use our digital check-in and PIN codes to access the property and their rooms! Additionally, our guest experience team is available 24/7 for any questions or concerns via WA and email.

Obergiesing is a popular residential area known for its easy access to both vibrant venues of Munich’s city centre and idyllic places such as Ostpark and Perlacher Forst. The area is home to one of Munich's most important traffic hubs, which is why the inhabitants of the region call it "the getaway to the south". From Munico, Untergiesing is easy to reach, a place that offers numerous leisure activities, such as the secluded beaches along the Isar River, where you can relax, barbecue and celebrate, or the romantic rose garden hidden between the Isar River and the Scheuerbad. Close by is also the village of Ramersdorf, where you can visit the old town and its charming settlements and enjoy the atmosphere in Munich's oldest beer garden, the "Alter Wirt".
