Once again I have to admit that the employees at this hotel are amazing. The person from the restaurant personally brought me dinner to my room even though I could go down by myself which was very nice, The person from the reception, despite the fact that it was 1am, was able to solve a problem for which I am really grateful. Thank you guys!

Room was very nice, bed comfortable. Location was great for the SAP Arena. Great that u can use the strassenbahn to get there. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and provided alternative milk option and thankfully not just soya milk. A real plus !!

  • Is it possible to book suite and i attend with total number of guest 2 adult and 2 kidz. When i search it gives me only 2 adult and 1 kid
    Yes that is possible. But please be aware that the sofa bed in the junior suite is not so big but it can fit two children.
