In my room when I was there. I experienced wi-fi issues For some reason the signal was not reaching my room. I complained about it and they offered to switch my room but I think it might have been a router location issue but other than that this place was exceptional I highly endorse it. Kenny Chicago

Dating from 1751, this family-run hotel offers country-stlye rooms and an indoor swimming pool. It is in the health resort of Höfen an der Enz, surrounded by the Black Forest. All rooms at the Hotel Ochsen are nonsmoking and feature a TV with satellite channels as well as a private bathroom. Most rooms have a balcony. In the evening, the Ochsen’s Fößerstube, Uhrenstüble, and Jägerstüble restaurants serve seasonal, Swabian specialties from a gourmet menu. Barbecue evenings are held on the terrace during the summer. The Black Forest offers many hiking trails, motorbike routes and cycle paths. Staff are happy to recommend routes. The Hotel Ochsen has secure parking for motorbikes.
