“There was somebody on reception when I wanted to check in, I like to see a human being rather than a machine. The staff were nice and the place was clean. When the reception wasn't manned, there was a phone to call the person in charge which was answered promptly. I don't have a mobile phone, so it was excellent to see that a phone was provided to contact reception out of hours.”
