The host was lovely! Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. He brought me a hairdryer minutes after I called to enquire about it. He didn't mind our two dogs or charge us extra for them. The room was sparkling clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was great too, very close to the tram stop and only a short ride from the city centre. I highly recommend staying there!!

Unsere kleine Pension gliedert sich in 3 Zimmer auf. 1 Komfort-Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und Wirl-Badewanne/ WC/Waschbecken und 2 Standard-Zimmer mit DU/WC/Waschbecken auf dem Flur Unsere Zimmer verfügen über einen Flachbildfernseher mit harmonischer Hintergrundbeleuchtung auf Wunsch mit Farbwechsel, einen Minikühlschrank, Nachttischleuchten mit USB-Anschluss zum laden Ihres Handys, Bockspringbett (Matratzen Härtegrad 3) mit 2 Nachttischen, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, 2 Garderobenschränke. eine Garderobe mit Sitzbank und einer Kommode. Da wir grundsätzlich kein Frühstück anbieten, befindet sich in der Pension eine modern eingerichtete Küche in der Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten zubereiten können. Diese ist mit E-Herd -Ceranfeld, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser voll ausgestattet. Sie bietet Sitzgelegenheit für 2 Personen. Sie finden uns im Chemnitzer Lutherviertel von dem Sie 20 min zu Fuß oder 5 min per PKW das Stadtzentrum bequem erreichen können. Die Straßenbahnanbindung ins Stadtzentrum ist in einer Minute zu erreichen. In der Nähe befinden sich eine Tankstelle, Einkaufsmärkte, Restaurants und eine Billardbierbar. Parkplätze sind direkt vorm Haus oder der näheren Umgebung ausreichend vorhanden.
