The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Street parking was available. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The hosts made our stay very nice. We don't speak much German, but communication between German, English, French, and hand gestures worked just fine 🙂. The hosts were exceptional. They were very friendly and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this Booking apartment.

This is a very quiet neighbourhood a 15 minute walk from the old town. The room waS large,clean,comfortable and very quiet at night. Host were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was a full and traditional German version, with fresh bread, sliced meats, cheese, egg, etc. High quality. Bag was provided to use leftovers to make lunch sandwich. Two meals in one!

Great location, straight in the old town of Bernkastel, close to many restaurants and just next door from the grocery shops Edeka and Lidl. Behind the building there is the bus station, if you are planning to take the (bike) bus. We were travelling with bikes and there are options to store up to 6 or more bikes. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, including all cooking utensils. Great place to stay for cycling along the Mosel or doing the Maare-Mosel-Radtour.

We were greeted by our lovely friendly hosts who showed us to our spacious room and gave us a bottle of complimentary water. There was a fridge where you could purchase drinks and pay on departure. Breakfast was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Guests could choose cereals and juice and then each table was served personally with a choice of wonderful meats and cheese with salads and boiled eggs as well. We were also given a bag and encouraged to take some rolls/fillings for our lunch which was such an unexpected gesture. Our hosts clearly love what they do and it shows. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or stay ourselves in future.

The family who owns Pension Mona Lisa are so kind and welcoming! They made our stay amazing (3 of us in total)! A place that feels like home away from home. It’s only 16mins walk away from the Forum (bus station) as we took the train then the bus from Bonn. It was beautiful getting to know the owners and their 3 daughters! The husband even dropped us to the Forum so we wouldn’t miss our bus to return home, even his youngest daughter joined us for the ride! We’ll definitely be coming back here again and stay longer!

Family and host were exceptional! We booked a room with a balcony which I highly recommend. We had a view of the vineyards and nearby castle. We were traveling on bicycles and had a place to store them. The host offered to drive and pick us up to old town Berkastel-Kues for our dinner reservations. They had a refrigerator full of wine, beer, sodas, etc. available for purchase at reasonable prices. Breakfast was delicious with pretty much everything. Highly recommend:)
