The location is very good, even if you don't arrive by car (it's 10-15 minutes walk from the train station and there are buses nearby). The room was very quiet, breakfast good, and all staff were extremely nice and helpful.

I liked the Hotel in total, the rooms and the sitting spaces, the garden, the food and the staff mainly the kitchen staff 🙂
I liked also so much the sport equipments and the swimming pool.
The location of the hotel is also nice, i could visit Seeblick and Boltenhagen which are very nice places! I totally recommend this hotel.

From the outside and in common areas (stairs, etc) the hotel looks tired. Then you enter your room and, wow! Spacious, clean, everything polished and cheery. Plus: refrigerator, free coffee, minibar, giant bathroom (at least in room 21). Other nice touches during heat wave: a fan and only a sheet on bed (thick duvet in closet). Also, great breakfast and friendly hosts! Parking in back only 5 euros!

The room was spacious, also the bathroom. The hotel is located next to the Wassertor, in front of fish stands and the promenade by the water. Both the breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant were good.
Some reviewers have complained about the noise and heat; given the time of the year we left the windows closed, but I can see how in summer, with open windows, the street could get really noise, especially in the morning.
