“This is a newish hotel...very clean. About a 35 minute walk (easy walk) to Marienplatz but also very close to the train station (500 m) so one could easily catch a metro into any part of Munich from here. Good but limited selection for Breakfast - the quality of the breakfast was very good (only boiled eggs, no bacon or sausage) but a good selection of cheeses, cereals, fruits, yogurt, baked goods etc... The room was very clean. But most impressive was the staff. Everyone we met and interacted with were excellent from the checkin to the departure - first rate. However, the exception was Pei Pei...this lady should be teaching customer service seminars...exceptional! We have travelled a great deal and by far one of the finest ambassadors for this hotel brand. She is pleasant and engaging with everyone - she truly makes you feel like you are a member of her family...one of a kind and she deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service.”
