From the first moment when we were given cool, moist towels in the heat of the to the bottled water provided upon our departure. Gracious helpful staff, breakfast selections, dining on the terrace etc etc etc. the beds were very comfortable. We walked along promenade adjacent to the lake and Our 15 year old grandson swam out to geyser in the lake after swimming in the rooftop pool. What is not to like!

Beautiful decor and lake views. All the amenities and services you should expect from 5 star superior, great breakfast in lieu of buffet - hot food cooked on order and an etagere of mixed items plus baked goods. Orphelia restaurant was amazing food, service and decor too. Comp mini bar was also a nice treat even though we didn’t use it much, LOccitane products in the bathroom also a delight.
