Very nice and affordable hotel a bit outside the center of Munich. The rooms and large parts of the hotel have been completely renovated. Tram and U-Bahn close to the hotel take you quickly to the center of Munich. Really recommended!

Staff were friendly, room was clean, underground was less than a 10 minute walk and a tram only 15 minutes to the centre. Breakfast was lovely and evening meals had some classic German meals. All in all a perfect way to visit Munich for a holiday.

The rooms were pretty clean. We didn't need to use the air conditioner so no comment on that. Never heard any noise from the other rooms or corridors. At least not a significant one that can bother your stay. The hotel is definitely not located in the city center but you can use metro+walking or metro+bus options and with the current 9 euro tickets, it is one of the best value/quality deals you find in Munich. There are also many supermarkets around the neighborhood, a close family bakery, etc.
