Great location. Helpful staff who catered to your needs. Wonderful lake view breakfast with omelettes made to order. Nice room with a big walk-in closet for storing suitcases. Mini-bar is inclusive (beer, water, juice, chocolate). Was able to rent decent city bikes at the hotel for €6. Would recommend.

Everything. The decor is precisely done and my room as well as the common rooms are all renovated. The attention to detail is amazing from the crown molding to the marble floors. There is even part of the old city wall that makes a wall in the hallway. The owner appear to be on site and are delightful….true old world hospitality.

Fantastic location, right on the Bodensee but close to town and the train station, very nice room, immaculately clean, with windows opening on to a small patio which I enjoyed even in cold weather (I am guessing it was an upgrade since I was there during the off-season), helpful staff, always available. I will want to visit in Summer when I can enjoy eating outside with a view of the lake.
