Top Lage, ruhig gelegen mit Wintergarten und Terrasse ins Grüne blickend. Super zum lesen, entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Küche, Esszimmer und Schlafzimmer sind bedingt durch den Wintergarten eher dunkel, der Wintergarten selber aber sehr grosszügig und hell. Das neue Bad mit der ebenerdigen Dusche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Den Vermieter erlebte ich im persönlichen Umgang unkompliziert und offen.
