This place is a jewel. Tastefully decorated, understated, very clean, with a super-attentive staff. The breakfast is SUPREMELY recommended. We felt like we were in a country home, among friends. The owners, a couple, made us feel easefully at home, and were generous and kind and like old friends. All needs were taken care of. The table napkins were starched linen, on antique tables, with farm-fresh jams and other ingredients. We enjoyed immensely the dining-room space for all day teleconferencing and emails -- no need to search for some noisy cafe outside. A gem, a jewel, a true refuge. The rooms were great, with newly remodelled bathroom facilities. Just excellent in every way -- this will be a go-to base for future Berlin visits, for SURE.

Very accommodating staff (thanks Carmen!). Interior design is unique and seems very well-thought - vintage furniture that seem to be collected by a professional. Amenities are provided fully and are of very high quality (coffee, tea, utensils, cutlery, even the soap - all very high end). Location is also good, both the immediate surroundings and nearby 2 U-bahn lines that complete each other. Would be happy to come back again.
