Location was great! Within 3 blocks of the Miraval Gardens, walking distance to many other attractions and tours. Staff was excellent and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to meet our needs. Lucas at the front desk was one of the best front-desk persons we have encountered.

The family apartment was plenty big for our family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked with items needed to cook a light meal. Huge living room and a well sized bathroom. Comfortable beds and furniture. Better than the pictures and larger than we expected. Right by bus line which was easy to use to get into the downtown of the city. Free bus passes for all are included in the price of the stay.

We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time at Waldhaus Jakob!! The location was perfect, right by the lake and pretty close to the old town! The restaurant offers good food with vegetarian and some vegan options. We definitely want to come back! :-)

The location is away from the city so it's best if you arrive by car. There is a bus service into the city. The restaurant is not inexpensive but very good. Staff friendly. Great room with an unusual arrangement for the bahroom! The Konstanz Therme is just down the road.

We did not opt for the breakfast, however the rooms by themselves were fantastic! The reception area was modern and clean, the staff answered our questions promptly. I liked how easy it was to navigate - the hotel was laid out beautifully and our room and bathroom were up-to-date and clean! We spent our days exploring the nearby areas. Because we brought our dog with, we liked to walk. To Staad (ferry to Meersburg) the walk along the water was quiet on a pedestrian path and only took 30 minutes! In the opposite direction (to city center) towards Konstanz the walk was 45 minutes, also along the water. We loved this location. They gave us a free public transport pass as well, so we did take the bus one day and it was easy to navigate!
