GermanyI stayed here for three nights and was so impressed with everything. From the beautiful buildings, including the historical restaurant, to the fantastic Health spa, easy parking and central location this Hotel has everything. The best part of the whole Hotel and experience, though, was the staff. They were incredible. So professional, friendly, and truly some of the loveliest people I have met. I don’t speak very much German (I speak English) but the staff always tried to help. Some spoke English quite well (Thank you to Adalina and Luis; you were amazing in everything you did), some could not speak much English, but they always tried. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail, and kindness, of the staff. If you get a chance, have a massage in the amazing Spa… eat a meal at the truly fantastic restaurant, and take a moment to speak with the staff at reception. They make this Hotel what it is. Truly amazing 🙌🏻

DenmarkThe Wi-Fi speeds are great the cleanliness of the rooms are spot on and the staff are friendly helpful and speak very good English I visit my children every 6 weeks in Germany and I don't stay anywhere but here. It's a little more expensive then other places but well worth the extra.
