Originally from the 1930s, 2017-18 core renovated, our house is idyllically located in a cul-de-sac only 700m from the village center. There is a direct connection to hiking and biking trails. From the house you have a clear view of the Schnappenberg to the east and the Hochplatte to the west. To the nature reserve Kendlmühlfilzen it is a 10 minute walk. The golf course starts within sight of the house and the golf hotel "Das Achental" can be reached in only 20 minutes on foot. The Chiemsee shore can be reached in 15 minutes by car. In just a 25-minute drive, you can reach the Steinplatte ski area (Seegatterl) Advance payment is required after booking. The Wolke31 welcomes you in Grassau
