Holiday cottage located approx. 500 m from the ocean at Skåstrup Strand. Accommodates 14 people, personalised decorated with modern furnishings. The house has simply everything the heart desires of activities and opportunities for development. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned. Dining/living room is tastefully furnished with a stereo with CD player, flat screen TV, DVD player, high chair, living room and wood-burning stove. The house has 5 bedrooms. All rooms with double beds have box-mattresses. In addition, large and spacious mezzanine. In the activity room you can play billiards, electronic darts and table tennis. The kitchen has large fridge, freezer and dishwasher. 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating. The house has geothermal heating. The house has a pool area with both large a swimming pool, water slide, swim coach, large built-in whirlpool and sauna for 4-6 people. The swimming pool is 18m ² and has a slide for the kids. There is also a swim coach so all week you can improve your fitness with daily strokes combined with pure relaxation in the whirlpool and sauna, located in the pool room. The crackling fire from the wood-burning stove can be enjoyed indoors for socialising. There are several televisions in various departments as well as PlayStation3 and DVD players. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the standard listed price. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be paid in cash to the concierge at the house.
