Not far from Hejlsminde is the beautiful nature area Skamlingsbanken. The village Christiansfeld is known throughout the country for gingerbread, tiled stoves and spiced sausages. There is a lot to experience in Kolding and the surrounding area - be it a vacation for children, an active vacation or art and culture.
