Property info

Renovated cottage with a fantastic location on a large plot in the middle of the scenic Kongsmark on Rømø. The cottage has been modernized in 2021 and appears bright and inviting. There is a wood burning stove in the living room, which is in open connection with the large kitchen / living room, which is the house's natural gathering place and from here there is access to the terrace, where there is a barbecue and garden furniture available. There are four nice bedrooms with closet space and a bathroom with comfortable underfloor heating and shower. The little ones have been thought of both inside and out in the form of play equipment and there is a high chair available. There is a TV with Chromecast and wireless internet. The child-friendly beach at Lakolk is within walking distance. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancelations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
