I would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room

Bed was not comfortable, very odd blanket / sleeping bag on bed, unreliable WiFi, tiny TV screen

Paid parking (via hotel bill) while there's plenty of parking space at the hotels terrain. Hotel is outdated and worn out. Old furniture, old rooms. Needs definitely an overhaul. Only one EV Charger (which was occupied, so I couldn't charge my EV).

Nice location. View over the lake during breakfast. Quiet room during stay.

The bar closed at 22.00 but the information sheet and signs in the hotel said 24.00, 15 not very happy guests told that it's closed and that's that 😥 very average breakfast, not a 3 * spread. Very noisy when the room above was using the shower, sounded like we had a waterfall in our room.

That the hotel had direct access to Haderslev Lake.

The place is ok, rooms are ok, but it's all a bit run down. Could've wished for better assistance from the receptionists. More vegetarian friendly menu in the restaurant (it was the opposite, when we were there). But all staff was friendly, and the location is unbeatable if you're staying to see Haderslev. Everything is within walking distance. But we'll probably try something else next time.

Breakfast buffet was mediocre (not that you should expect more in average, but you can always hope :-)). Staff told us, when we called, that we could absolutely charge an EV and was 'pretty sure' it would be free of charge, but when we arrived, that turned out to be wrong. We were asked to look for a charging station at the hotel grounds ourselves, as the receptionist who was there when we arrived, didn't know, but was 'pretty sure' that wasn't possible... And she was right. No charging station at the hotel. Other questions were answered in line with this experience, so kind of disappointing standard. But they were all nice enough :-)

A bit expensive

Nice location, nice lake where you can walk in the morning after nice breakfast. Parking is included. The room was good. Stuff is very friendly, we were helped to print some documents
