Located two kilometres from the village, this spacious property enjoys an undisturbed location with attractive views over the fjord and plenty of room both indoors and out. The impressive garden is well tended by a gardener, meaning that there is usually something in bloom throughout the year. In addition, the grounds are completely fenced, meaning small children can run free. Furthermore, two small Shetland ponies sometimes graze on the adjoining land, and accompanied children may be allowed to stroke them. The property includes a large, attractive activity hall that is ideal for bar billiards, table tennis, table football or darts matches with family and friends. In addition, twelve bicycles are available to rent upon arrival, each costing DKK 100 per week. The surrounding countryside is very attractive. From the house, a small track leads to 35 hectares of peaceful woodland, which is perfect for walking trips - ideally with a picnic basket. At the charming Hjarbaek Harbour, the small skiffs that mingle around the quay multiply in number in late summer, when the harbour hosts the world skiff sailing championships. Close by you will find a very child friendly bathing beach with fine, white sand and shallow water. Here, opportunities for windsurfing and all types of watersports abound, while children can enjoy many hours of fun building sandcastles or collecting mussels and stones on the beach. From the seashore you will experience attractive sunsets which colour the sky and the sea a rich gold.
