Conveniently close to all the major attractions, my room was great, comfortable beds and pillows, best coffee at the bar, most polite and attentive every single one of staff, polite manager, possibility to leave suitcase at the hotel if you have to on the day of your leave/arrival. Would pick this property again in a heartbeat!

Room was very gloomy. Kitchen tools was not complete. I.e. just 4 big plate. No small plates. The pot was very small to cook. Toilet was clean but it smells an old sanitation system. The hotel corridors were very narrow and there was a bad smell in the corridors. Windows were not sound proof, so much train and street noise.

Good to see. Elegant architecture, lush parks, sustainable design right everywhere. Beautiful old city. Restaurants are not good , food is terrible. However you can find everything you need in supermarket, or eat in IKEA like we did😁

    (1) Need to have a Chinese restaurant near your hotel. (2) Cobble stones in an around the train station make the transport (rolling) of my luggage bag very very difficult! (3) Good if the river/waterway near hotel - now with ducks - can have some boats or canoes to help tourists move around in such a waterway. (4) Toilets in Bella Center need to be better maintained. Copenhagen is a true European gem—vibrant, welcoming, and full of character. It’s an ideal destination for families, food lovers, and curious travelers alike. The city’s beauty, charm, and distinctive atmosphere make it a must for any international travel bucket list. A visit to Tivoli Gardens, a walk through The Citadel, one standout fine dining experience, and a classic Danish hot dog from DØP are essential. Plan for at least two full days to explore—three nights is even better for a more relaxed experience.

Beautiful clean city with a stunning wealth of unique and historic architecture. Visited in July which as expected was very busy but did not detract from our enjoyment of the city. On arrival we bought tickets for the hop on and off bus whose driver was both very knowledgeable, funny and helpful, this allowed us to get an idea of the layout of the city and after that we walked to our chosen sites. Food and drink on the whole are no more expensive than London or Edinburgh and we never had a meal we did nor enjoy. Looking forward to returning.

I wish they understood vegetarian food.

I wish they understood vegetarian food. I actually don't understand how this is a European city. It wants to be like the US, and ends up having the worst food of Europe and US combined. Even the Italian restaurants only have mushrooms! I last came in 2014, and was hoping that in 11 years, food would have improved, but not an inch. The city is boring with nothing to do. And without proper food, you wouldn't want to do anything anyway.

We really enjoyed our stay at NH Collection: our room was really clean, modern and spacious, whilst members of staff were friendly and helpful. And the sound insulation was excellent as we didn't hear any of the traffic or any other residents of the hotel! The location itself was perfect to explore the city centre by foot. We warmly recommend this hotel and would happily return when back in Copenhagen.

The hotel is very well situated, close to the station and the city centre. The room was small, but clean and cozy. Breakfast was good with a wide range of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. I actually booked this hotel for the second time and I would do so again as I think you will hardly find a better value for money in Copenhagen.
