VIP Residence is known for its breathtaking view of the ocean, great customer service, and a very safe, secure and peaceful environment which is ideal for individuals, couples or groups here on business or vacation. It is located just 3 minutes from the capital so come and enjoy the luxury and convenience of this newly constructed apartment building. Sit by the pool or take a dip. Capture the sunset! Welcome to Dominica and thanks for choosing us!

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood is safe and secure and you will be surrounded by friendly people. The area is not noisy but in the peak seasons like during the World Creole Music Festival hosted by Dominica, Carnival, Jazz & Creole etc. the area will be filled with high spirit and lot's of activities. Getting around is very easy because you may simple walk into the town which should take you on average about 6 minutes to get there. You can also opt to take a 2 minute bus ride to town. Just stand outside the apartment complex and the buses will pass by. For additional convenience, you may choose to take a taxi which we can recommend for you if you would like.
