Industrial hub of DR.
Industrial hub of DR. Centre of cigar making and automotive sales. Interesting history with a different vibe to Santa Domingo. Leon art museum worth a visit as is the surrounding countryside beautiful views from hilltops. But like the rest of DR they need to have an efficient garbage collection infrastructure. Sad to see countryside and beaches littered with garbage and plastic bags and bottles.

The taxi service was very good.
The taxi service was very good. All the taxi has air condition. You may have to ask some driver to turn the air condition a little higher. Lots of traffic crazy drivers but they know what they are doing. And they know their way around town.

The hotel is of moderate pricing.
The hotel is of moderate pricing. It serves a very good breakfast, which includes Dominican mangu as well as fruits and juices. There was milk for cereal. I suppose, though, that if a person is lactose-intolerant they might give you an alternative. If you want to venture a bit farther and are into meat, visit Asadero Dona Pula, with good prices and the food is great!

Raulina was an excellent host and met us at the property, showed us how to unlock and access the apartment. Security is excellent with an access guard station and controlled access to parking. The property is very secure. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet. This was a perfect location for our final night stay in the DR, only a 10 minute drive to the airport in Santiago.
A delightful host that handled every request I had. They helped get me a reasonable fare to the airport and let me use their personal computer to print my plane ticket. Overall, they were kind, generous, and very easygoing. Nothing but positive vibes across the board. And the view is gorgeous.
We went to Santiago for a very short trip and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Wonderful and very caring hosts provided everything you need, starting with pick up from airport, cold drinks in the refrigerator, excellent breakfast.
They made us feel like being at home .
Small property but amazing in itself. It's on a small street but the rooms was very clean and comfortable. Ac was blowing me out of the room . Being that it was super cold :) . All the hotel workers and owners was nice . If ever in Santiago I'll book again . Thx for being great.
The best boutique hotel I stayed in Santiago de los Caballeros, it's modern, spacious, sparkling clean and the staff is polite and efficient. The hotel is located in a quiet street, yet within a walking distance to Santiago main restaurants and entertainment area (the Monument)
This is one of the best small hotels I have stayed at. The rooms were super clean and neat and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is not perfect, but the ammenities and comfort make it all worthwhile and I highly recommend this place.
The staff are really friendly and it's in a good location for getting into the city or from the airport. There's a nice little covered area outside for sitting and having a little smoke while you wait for a taxi. The bell hops are characters.
My partner and I stayed for just one night after late arrival at the airport. The shuttle service was quick, staff super friendly and helpful, the room had everything including snacks, and the breakfast was phenomenal and abundant!
As usual, the breakfast was stupendous, to the point of catering to one's whims, such as going the extra mile to cook an omelet and fresh-squeezed juices. This is not by far a five-star hotel but the service is, so take your pick.
We were told the breakfast was free with hotel stay. After we ate they charged us and said not verything is free and anything extra was not free that was not told to us during checking nor listed on the menu.
This hotel is always my first choice when I'm staying in Santiago. It's in a safe, walkable neighborhood with access to many restaurants and transportation.
The bed was comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good. The staff was superb! It was a safe hotel as there is always someone at the front door.
