This is a lovely 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms condo in the coveted Residencial Hispaniola community in Sosúa, very quiet and nice area. The unit is very well equipped, has a modern and comfy feel, all amenities thought for comfort: air conditioning and TV on every bedroom and in the living room, comfy beds, extra towels, fully equipped kitchen, everything you may need for a great vacation.
I've been hosting for +10 years, I'm an avid traveler myself, I know what I expect on a vacation home and I make sure my guests get it when they visit one of my properties. I'm very responsive, always available, always willing to make sure my guests enjoy their stay.
Residencial Hispaniola is a gated community, security 24/7, lots of amenities like swimming pool, lounge area, tennis court, basketball court, soccer field, kids playground and much more. Located only 10 minutes' walk from the very center of Sosúa, you will find, restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets and the beach in less than 15 minutes walking. You can bring guests over, but they have to be driven in and out of the property, motos and quads are not allowed inside. You will sign the community rules before entering.
