Ocean Point is a very unique development in Cabarete Kitebeach. It is the most high-end property on kitebeach! Furthermore, its unique location and lay of the land makes it both on kitebeach, and yet very protected from the wind whether you're on the huge terrace or by the pool. There is NO other property that benefits from this unique setting!
I have been visiting Cabarete for 25 years and fel in love on day 1. I bought this beautiful condo 7 years ago and moved here full time with my family 5 years ago. As such, I know all the ins and outs of the area and can act as your "personal concierge" for any help you might need! Just ask!
Kitebeach is a small community with boutique condos, kite schools, and a few restaurants and bars. It is located about 1 mile away from the bustling downtown Cabarete. This allows you to be close to all the action, yet far enough away if you want peace and quiet!
