“Excellent the options for breakfast. Close to the sea in Helios is fantastic. The concierge was a great help for booking the restaurants and filling the fridge everyday with beer and rhum. The swim up bedroom is GREAT, the amount of pools available and the kind personal at every bar, those are things that make the difference. Definitely I would recommend the TRS hotel.”

“This has been the best Resort I've visited in Punta Cana, the staff were amazing, the rooms had its own jacuzzi so that was great, food was great, the best one so far in resorts in Punta Cana. The fact that this resort is a bit more expensive than average gave guests a different status than other hotels I've been to, that also made the experience that much more enjoyable. The alcohols they use for drinks are of excellent quality, if you request it. For example, when we asked for a drink of Amaretto, they first gave us a generic brand, even though they had the Disaronno, which we later asked for by name and they served it to us.”

“We had an amazing stay at TRS, words cannot describe how wonderful our week was. The whole staff was incredible and geared towards attending all your needs. The hotel was great, from the facilities, to the pools, the beach access, the food, the drinks, the activities. What I truly enjoyed was the sense of space, that is, this is not you typical huge building resort. There was so much garden surrounding the rooms. The hotel does have a romantic vibe. The fact the hotel is within a walking distance from the other Palladium hotels is also a huge advantage, if you wish to stay within the resort complex. Also note, we stayed in a Junior Swim Up Suite which I highly recommend!”
