Born in Italy, after living in several countries of South America, I finally found my place in this corner of paradise, at the end of Dominican Republic. I quit my "traditional" job, radically changing my life, looking for an unsophisticated and more genuine way to live. I spent here eras more the 20 years, so I dug myself in Las Galeras with my Dominican wife and our daughter. Together we are happy to share the beauties of the place and to make you perceive every aspect and every nuance of this wonderful place, away from mass tourism, surrounded by lush nature, full of pristine beaches, where you can feel the true Caribbean atmosphere.

Villa Caribena is a 2-bedroom home on a jewel-like location by the sea, overlooking the famous Rincon Bay and make it ideal lodging for one or two couples or a small family—up to four guests are welcome to stay here. You can’t get much closer to the ocean: it is just in front of the house !

Neighborhood info

Around the house are two large grassy lawns, the upper one for a perfect view on the bay, the lower to stay closer to the sea. At the end of the day, Villa Caribena’s porch or gardens are the perfect place to relax in front of the ocean, having a drink, reading a novel or just watching the pelicans plunging and fishing in the water. Definitely this quiet waterfront property sets the scene for an unforgettable caribbean experience.
