The villa is located within the famous Metro Country Club golf complex, with extensive tropical gardens, a pleasant atmosphere, with 24/7 security and surveillance. The house is just a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Juan Dolio beach. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, swimming pool, dining area, terrace, green gardens.

Juan Dolio is a wonderful place for its beautiful beach, just 20 minutes from the International airport and 1 hour from the capital Santo Domingo.
