Good value in a hostel with a lot of history in Latacunga. I have stayed there twice now and will be back. Basic accomodations but totally sufficient.

a nice distance from the bus station (15 mins walking) and the hot water is nice. you can refill water here (you have to pay though) and do laundry which is amazing after a big hike. If you are sensitive to noise like I am, ask for a room in the back if possible because it is quieter. on the weekend the hostal isn’t loud but the streets outside are! a nice place.

  • Hello, we are considering a stay at your place in March! However are finalizing details. We are hoping to go to Cuenca by bus after a stay at your place - is there a public bus available, direct from Latacunga to Cuenca? Having a hard time finding bus information online.
    Hello, the travel from Latacunga to Cuenca is during the night, is a long travel, around 7 hours and you have 3 options at 9pm 10:30pm and 00:10am but it is necessary to buy the ticket 5 hours before minimun.

  • Hey we want to leave our bags at the hostel, without sleeping before. When we finish the Quilotoa loop we would come back and sleep. Is it possible?
