Lovely staff. We didn't like our first room because it was facing the bar so they moved us a few doors down. Great sized room, comfortable big bed, good bathroom and central location.

Central location on the main tourist street, in the town amidst restaurants and shops, close to the pier,walking distance. it is waterfront, the rooms are spacious and nice, balcony is nice. It has a swimming pool and jacuzzi. breakfast was average; timing from 6:30-8; while it is good that they have early time for the people that have day tours or other activities, but to end at 8 am!!

One of the most beautifully located hotels in Puerto Ayora. View from the room onto the bay is amazing and if you are lucky, there is local wildlife that will accompany you during your stay. We had two bluefooted boobies that kept us company during breakfasts. And the breakfasts they serve are delicious! There are not many choices, but the quality is excellent and meals do not get boring even during a longer stay. The hotel has an infinity pool and a hot tub, however if you want to use the latter you have to tell the reception desk so they have some time to heat up the water. All in all, this is one of the best choices for your stay in Santa Cruz island.

The view of the seafront was so lovely and the sealions, heron , pelicans boobies and marine iguanas that hang out there ! Staff and facilities were very nice and it was so nice having breakfast with a view

The owner was at the property quite often. He was more than helpful with everything including getting a COVID test. A sea lion actually dove into the pool one day which was awesome!

La ubicación es excelente, queda justo en el centro del Malecón por lo que todo se encuentra cerca alrededor, el muelle queda cerca para coger taxis acuáticos, la estación de Charles Darwin, quedan cerca restaurantes como Golden Prague y de The Rock. El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento, el hotel cuenta con piscina y salida al Mar también.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, la habitación sencilla y limpia. La vista desde el restaurante, las habitaciones y la piscina es preciosa pues se puede observar el mar y diversas especies de animales. El personal muy amable, súper pendientes de todo y preocupados. Se encargaron de solucionar pequeño inconvenientes que tuvimos. Nos dieron recomendaciones en cuanto a lugares turísticos, comida y compras. Disponen de toallas para playa y piscina que facilitan a los huéspedes. Hay botellones de agua a disposición en varios puntos del hotel. Teníamos demasiadas almohadas y súper cómodas.
