Very clean and airy. Good natural light. Good restaurant downstairs
United KingdomThe hotel is very close to the harbour and it's very comfortable. We traveled by car, so my husband could rest after doing a drive soon after we've arrived. The personal of the hotel is very friendly. The room was clean and cozy with the sea view. Silent and comfortable place to stay. The food in the cafe was very good too. And all this for a good price.
EstoniaFor those who travel by land, be it a car, a motorcyle, or a bike, Heltermaa is a good place to stay overnight before exploring Hiiumaa - or after you're leaving the island and would like to catch the early ferry. A light sea breeze and sunrise over the sea are guaranteed! Rooms are cosy, there is a shared fridge in a small kitchen, and a sauna (for a fee).
EstoniaWe had our dog with us (extra charge 10€ per 2 nights), so we were delighted to see that the floors were not covered with carpet. The location is perfect if you want a sea view and be near the harbour. The room was surprisingly big and spacious.
