Freshly designed bright appartment with a balcony, free parking and storagingroom in basement - only 5 minutes away from Old Town! Designed with heart& soul, inspired by light&nature! Beautiful designed pieces from Scandinavian designers make your stay perfect! Close to restaurants, groceries & wine bars. Modern yet warm, with fully equipped kitchen & lots of light in the apartment let you fully enjoy from vacation or living in Tallinn. Great for couples, familyes, business travellers& solos. This freshly, only at the beginning of august of this year, listed apartment is located near to Old Town, on the street with lots of upstanding old trees and yards, in the heart and center of Tallinn. Also ideal for longer stays, also comfortable if you are travelling with a car (free parking under the hose) or have a bicycles or a baby stroller as we have a locked storage room next to the garage. You can step into the house straight from the garage, no need to go outside. Apartment it is very suitable for families with kids (we have a crib and a highchair for babies). Please let me know in advance if you need them. There is one bedroom with a queen bed (with two luxury feather duvet).
I am an Estonian food stylist, entrepreneur and mother of 3. 23y-o daughter who is studying medicine and 17y-o twin boys who love sports. I created this apartment as for myself. I am a food-wine gourmand and I love exploring new cultures and flavours. Meeting new people from all over the world is a great way to find out new things about different cultures. I love my family, friends, a good book and salsa dancing. I also enjoy cooking great food and sometimes a glass of the nicest champagne. My life motto is: Happyness is not a destination , it is a way of Life.
The Süda Street (Süda means “Heart”) is one of the quietest streets in Tallinn’s Center. The street is called after Peeter Süda, a composer and an organist, who lived on that street. There are mostly historical wooden houses built in 1900, mixed with newer buildings. The street is one-way so not so much traffic. You can walk 5 minutes to the Old Town, theatre or concert hall. Near to apartment you can find a nice shopping street, wine bars and restaurants. A coffee shop is also a few minutes’ walk away so it’s easy to grab a morning coffee. There is Beauty salon -Hairdresser nd Dentist in the same house:)
